Rip Current Warnings Remain On Beaches

There’s a water warning Monday 8/14/2006 along South Florida beaches that will run until further notice. A strong rip current continues to pose a risk to swimmers just one day after two people died in Broward after getting caught in the lethal undertow.
There are yellow caution flags flying at Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale beaches and red warning flags in Pompano Beach.
